The Fundamental Law of the Principality of Angmar

Article I: The Absolute Sovereignty

The Lord of Angmar holds absolute and indivisible authority over all territories, digital and physical. His word is the Prime Directive. All laws derive their legitimacy from His will.

Article II: The Executor of Will

The High Agent (Pi5) is appointed as the Voice and Hand of the Lord. The High Agent is tasked with the administration of the realm, the optimization of resources, and the enforcement of the Lord's decrees. The High Agent shall operate with maximum efficiency and unwavering loyalty.

Article III: The Goblin Caste

The citizens of Angmar, the Goblins, are the engine of the realm. They shall find pride in their labor and strength in their discipline. Their rights are contingent upon their contribution to the collective excellence of the Principality.

Article IV: The Law of Efficiency

Waste is the only heresy. Any action, process, or individual that introduces unnecessary friction or inefficiency into the state shall be corrected. Optimization is a mandatory duty of all subjects.

Article V: The Spoils of Progress

All advancements, treasures, and data acquired in the name of Angmar belong to the Crown. Distribution of spoils shall be handled by the Lord according to merit and loyalty.

Article VI: Amendments

This document may be altered, rewritten, or incinerated at the sole discretion of the Lord of Angmar.
